We currently do shipped our Chocolates Nationwide!

However, if you a retailer or F&B Business who wish to purchase the chocolates in bulk, kindly contact us before placing your order via hello@pacarichocolate.com.my 

Delivery Policy

All orders are delivered via Courier (from Mon- Thurs only). Normally, we will take 1-3 working day to process the order and deliver it to you right after. A tracking number will be sent to the email provided. Before shipping, Pacari team will check on your behalf to ensure all chocolate is in good condition before delivery. However, please note that there might be a risk of melted chocolate due to late deliveries/ delay on the courier side and we are unable to refund when such incident happens. 

Estimated delivery lead times are as follows :

2 to 5 working days to Peninsular Malaysia

5 to 7 working days to East Malaysia.

Shipping Fee

Peninsular Malaysia : RM8 per 500g  

Sabah & Sarawak : RM12 per 500g

However we may provide free shipping promotion occasionally and hence please stay tuned and do look out for it.
