Given the nature of our products, we are sorry that we are not able to accept any returns, exchange or refund at the moment. However, in the event of goods arrived at a damaged condition (excluding melted chocolate due to late deliveries by courier) , please contact us via hello@pacarichocolate.com.my and our customer service will be in touch with you for a solution. We are happy to offer you an exchange for the damaged product.
