Raw chocolate contains cacao beans that have been minimally processed and roasted at lower temperatures to maximise the antioxidants and complex flavours of the natural cacao bean.
Our Raw 70% Chocolate Bar is made from the finest Cacao Beans. Each beans is carefully selected manually by our farmers. We use Arriba Nacional cacao beans, which is famous for their subtle yet compelling fruity and floral notes flavours.
Our 70% cacao bar is one of our most popular bars as it perfectly blends the rich, bold taste of the cacao with a signature sweetness. We also think you'll love its citrus and floral notes.

PACARI Esmeraldas Chocolate Bars are made with some of the rarest and most delicious cacao beans on earth. This bar specifically contains cacao from the Ecuadorian region of Esmeraldas, a coastal city in Northeastern Ecuador known for producing some of the finest cacao.
This bar is a plain chocolate bar. NO flavouring added into it. However, due to the climate and the soil of this region, you will experience different layer of floral and fruity note as the chocolate melt slowly on your tongue.
Perfect for those who are new to Dark Chocolate and love semi sweet chocolate. Alot of our customers are surprised when they found out that Esmeraldas DOES NOT contain any milk in ti, because it taste so smooth and creamy just like Milk Chocolate.

Why Cuzco Pink Salt from Sacred Valley of Peru?
Salt from the Sacred Valley built in AD200-AD900 by the Chanapata culture, pre-dating the Incas. The terraces are known in Quechua as Kachi Raqay and they’re situated at at an elevation of 3,000 meters above sea level.
Many experts recommend the pink salt of Maras for people who suffer from hypertension because it has low levels of sodium chloride. Maras salt also contains calcium, iron, zinc and magnesium, making it a perfect medicinal option for skin conditions and to treat swelling.
